The PERFORM-A-CHECK CMM Calibration System uses square gage blocks that are traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) as length standards. These gage blocks can be periodically recalibrated by qualified suppliers to maintain traceability and ensure the accuracy of your results.
ISO 9000 Series Series (and related QS-9000 and ISO/TS 16949) standards require evaluation and monitoring of measurement uncertainty. Ensure your ability to meet these requirements for your your CMMs by using the PERFORM-A-CHECK system.
Have confidence in your inspection results by using the PERFORM-A-CHECK system to simulate part measurements. Simply stage the Positioning Fixture and length standard in the machine position and attitude that best approximates your inspection setup. Then, perform measurements of the length standard to determine the measurement uncertainty of part features under these conditions.
