About QA Productivity Systems

QA Productivity Systems was founded in 1982 by Mr. Rick Richardson and originally served as a Manufacturers Representative for premier lines of dimensional measurement equipment including Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs), Video Measurement Systems, Laser Measurement Systems, and Coordinate Measuring Machine calibration devices and accessories.

Mr. Richardson was a member of the first ASME B89 Committee in 1978 dealing with national specifications for CMMs.  He has presented at SME Conferences and other metrology industry related conferences and trade shows and has written articles on CMM calibration techniques.

Although QA Productivity Systems no longer serves as a Manufacturer's Representative, we continue to offer our PERFORM-A-CHECK™ Calibration System and E₃ Verifier Calibration System products for CMMs and Multisensor Measurement Systems (MMSs).
